Installation Guidance
Mount the probe with finger-tight torque, then apply up to 7.5 N•m (66 in•lb) for the first three threads of the M10X1 case. Maintain a minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) for the cable. Use three-conductor shielded triad cable with 0.2 to 1.5 mm² (16 to 24 AWG) conductors. For optimal linearity, set the gap to 1.0 mm (40 mils).
Maintenance and Reliability
Regularly inspect the probe tip for wear or contamination. The Viton O-ring seals differential pressure, but probes are not pressure-tested before shipment—contact our custom design department if pressure testing is required. Operating and storage temperatures range from -52°C to +177°C, ensuring reliable performance in extreme conditions.
