3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any product. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
5. Limitation of Liability
PLC Source PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
