It delivers 32 output channels arranged in four groups of eight, each group isolated from the others.

Key Technical Specifications

Each output point on the IC693MDL753 supports a voltage range of 10.2 to 28.8 VDC, with a nominal output of 12 to 24 VDC. The module delivers up to 0.5 Amperes per point and 4 Amperes per group, with a maximum inrush current of 5.4 Amperes for 20 milliseconds. On-state voltage drop is limited to 0.3 volts, ensuring efficient power delivery. The off-state leakage current is a maximum of 1 mA, preserving system integrity.

Response times are fast: both on and off response times are 0.5 milliseconds maximum. The module draws 260 milliamps from the 5 VDC backplane, and each output point consumes an additional 16 milliamps when active. Isolation is robust, with 1500 volts between field and logic sides and 250 volts between groups.

Compatibility and Installation

The IC693MDL753 is compatible with all standard GE Fanuc Series 90-30 PLCs. It occupies a single slot in the chassis and can be used as local or distributed I/O. Wiring is accomplished using two 24-pin male connectors on the front panel, with recommended cable assembly IC693CBL315. When the CPU stops, all outputs are forced off for safe operation.
