30-Day Return Guarantee

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the order date for a full refund.
This 30-day return guarantee applies only to in-stock products.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original manufacturer packaging.
• All documents, manuals, and accessories must be included.
• The item must be in the same condition as received.
• Returns must be authorized by our sales team before shipment.

Please note that customized, special-order, or discontinued items are non-refundable.

Return Process

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
4. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
