- For the first three threads, torque to 7.5 N•m (66 in•lb) maximum to avoid thread damage.
- Set the gap to 1.0 mm (40 mils) using the recommended mounting procedure. Use a feeler gauge or calibration fixture.
- Route the cable with a minimum bend radius of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) to prevent internal damage.
- Connect the ClickLoc connector securely; ensure the FluidLoc cable is properly seated.
Maintenance & Reliability
